We pride ourselves on our systems and support. All franchise partners will have access to personal business coaches, online marketing specialists, traditional marketing managers, public relations team, the Customer Support Center and national accounts team… to name a few.
What kind of training do I get when I become a Franchise Partner?
Franchise Partners attend a 6-day training program at our head office. During this program you will learn the secrets to running a successful franchise, including how to conduct estimates, how to hire drivers, how to generate new business and how to retain your customers. After graduating from initial training, your start-up coach will travel to your market and provide andditional 3 days of onsite training. You will work on marketing initiatives, hiring drivers, customer estimates and vendor relations.
What is the Customer Support Center?
Our Customer Support Center answers all customer enquiries (telephone, social media and email) and book reservations for our Franchise Partners for approximately 90 days. .We take the administrative duties off your plate so that you can do what you do best – build your business and work with your customers.
Are customers able to book jobs online?
Absolutely! Our proprietary scheduling platform is linked to the corporate website, giving customers the ability to reserve and get quotes online. It’s an easy, convenient and cost effective way for you to connect with your customers.
How do I become a franchise partner? What are your candidate requirements?
We are very selective in who we welcome into our franchise system. Successful applicants have a passion for brand building and sales and marketing.
