Kenneth G. Larkin is the founder, president and CEO of Transit Van Shuttle Services, Inc. Ken studied Liberal Arts at Hartnell University in Salinas CA. he spent 30 years in the big-box retail industry, managing, opening stores, logistics, etc. with Circuit City, Home Depot, and, Lowes, holding positions from sales-managment, division operations, and multi-unit management in new markets in the Western United States.
After a devistating back injury and three back surgeries, which required him being transported to numerous physical therapy treatment facilities for over a year, Mr. Larkin quickly saw the need for non‐emergency medical transportation services. It was from this need that he developed the idea for Transit Van Shuttle Services. From the fateful first step, the company has expanded to include airport business, hotel transportation, casinos, and resort services. Every day, Mr. Larkin puts to use the skills he learned
over 30 years in retail management and logistics as well as the 12 years he has spent in developing, managing, directing and driving sales. Mr. Larkin manages training of new franchisees, including the teaching of administration systems, sales and marketing, scheduling office, pricing, competitive analysis and hiring.
Kenneth has servred on the Board of Directors (LPOA) La Cresta Property Assoc. (ABC) American Black Cardiolgists, and San Jacinto College Hemet CA.
Giving back, TVS has provided free transportation services to chemotherapy treatment centers, delivering food to senior community centers.
Rosemary has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern
California (USC) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. In addition to her
academic credentials, Mrs. Larkin has more than 40 years of professional
experience in banking, finance, state and federal legal compliance, transportation and business management.
As co‐founder of Transit Van Services, Inc., Mrs. Larkin has been instrumental in establishing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and managing company resources and finances. As the Chief Financial Officer of Transit Van Services, Inc., she oversees the operations of Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Franchise Management and Franchisee Training.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the corporation and provides assistance to the President and Founder as needed to direct the course of the company and develop strategies for franchisee expansion and success.
Rosemary uses her finance, legal and transportation expertise to ensure that all aspects of the franchise formation, operations and management are compliance with Airports, State and Federal laws and (PUC) regulations. She is knowledgeable in every aspect of Transit Van and Federal Transportation operations and has worked in numerous parts of the country to establish franchises and assist franchisees.
She personally oversees all franchisee training and monitors their progress and adherence to company policies and procedures. Rosemary makes sure that everyone in the Transit Van franchise family has the tools, training and assistance they need to operate their business effectively.

Kendra is a graduate of New York University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Communications and Mandarin. She is also fluent in French and Spanish and has
travelled and lived in several countries throughout the world. Prior to joining Transit
Van Services, LLC, she worked in Marketing for Encore Nationwide, and in Business Branding for Launch Collective. She also has experience in Public Relations working for “The Muse Box” and “Star Works, Inc.” in New York City.
While working in New York in Public Relations, Kendra made numerous contacts in the media and gained invaluable expertise in promotions and branding. She is using these skills in Transit Van’s Franchise development arena to produce effective ad materials, logo design, marketing campaigns and press releases. She is also playing an important role in developing strategic relationships that are critical to establishing our presence in foreign markets.
Kendra is responsible for managing and directing the Marketing and Public Relations function at Transit Van Services, Inc., for headquarters and franchise operations. She is charged with extending the brand internationally and increasing domestic exposure of the franchise. Kendra uses her expertise and extensive background to ensure that every Franchise has a successful launch and maximum area exposure.
